This end grain cutting board is made from maple. It is 11 1/2" x 19 1/4" and a whopping 3" tall. The sides have finger holds and the bottom is held off the counter by four rubber feet. It has been treated with mineral oil and is ready for years of use.

This woven stool is made from red oak rails and hardwood legs. (The hardwood was a barn find and has been hard to identify. It is light in color with faint, straight grain.) It was constructed with floating mortise and tenon joinery. The seat was woven in a style somewhat simimilar to Dutch cord weaving. It is is a very comfortable place to sit and light enough to move around easily. It measures 21" x 14.5" x 17" high.

This ash bench is one of a kind. The seat and legs are crafted from the same piece of ash, all with beautiful, curly figure. It is constructed with wedged through mortise-and-tenons, making it extremely strong. It is solid enough to stand up to daily use in various contexts and beautiful enough to serve as a centerpiece of an entryway.

 

The top is 48x11" and it is about 19" high.
